Is it easy to install?

Yes, it's very simple. Simply open the window, insert the screens into the window rails and then raise the window until the screens are in place. Illustrated instructions are included in the package. Installation

Does the light penetrate much?

Light penetrates. However, if you require greater opacity, our team manufactures curtains designed for Van-Screen insect screens.

They're easy to install, as they attach to the panel with Velcro. Watch the video.

Can we leave the mosquito nets in place when we travel?

NO. The screens have not been designed or tested to remain installed while the vehicle is on the road. Screens only take a few seconds to install or remove. It is not safe to obstruct vision from door windows.

What are the delivery times and customs fees?

Currently, delivery times are only a few days, depending on the destination. For orders outside Canada, since we have no control over customs fees, we are not responsible for these charges.

Can we return products if we're not satisfied?

If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, you may return it to us at our expense and we will send you a replacement.

If the product isn't what you expected, you may return it, but you'll be responsible for the shipping costs. If we're charged any additional customs or other fees, that amount will be deducted from your refund.
