Exchanges and feedback

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@van-screen.com describing the problem. We will be happy to work with you to find a solution.

Damaged product: if you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@van-screen.com with a photo as proof for Quality Control. Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Missing product: if a product is missing from your order, please contact us at info@van-screen.com.
